Dr. Rizuan J. Vigneswaren (Chairman)

Oceania Global Chairman, Dr. Rizuan J. Vigneswaren was recognized in 1997 as the Dealmaker of the Year at the Islamic Banking & Finance Forum, and thereafter in 1998, was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Islamic Banking & Finance Symposium.

Rayan Khan (Chief Executive Officer)

As the Chief Executive Officer of Oceania Global, Rayan Khan comes as a Certified Management Accountant and a Member of the Society of Management Accountants, Canada, and armed with an MBA.

Maajid Salmaan (Vice President)

Maajid Salmaan has more than ten years post qualification experience in consulting, advisory and corporate compliance, as well as exposure in management of Accounts & Operations of reputed asset management and investment advisory companies. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Tariq S. Asghar (Legal Advisor)

Tariq S. Asghar has the distinction of being one of the finest legal advisers in the Middle East financial fraternity. His wealth of knowledge and technical acumen is seen in his specialisation in designing Islamic financial instruments. As a Legal Advisor at Oceania Global, Tariq S. Asghar is responsible for the documentation of all transactions including taking charge of other legal matters for the bank. He holds an LL.M. from the University of London and has spent almost 30 years as a lawyer in the banking sector.
